Chair called for nominations and, after a single nomination from Shannon, the board closed nominations and approved Hansen by voice vote. The minutes from the April meeting were moved, seconded and approved without further discussion.
The approvals were part of a broader meeting that included staff presentations on traffic warrants, winter operations and several infrastructure easements and sidewalk orders that the board also addressed later in the agenda. The board adjourned following consideration of future agenda items.
