Commissioner Blake placed the motion and, after a second by Commissioner Goins, the full commission approved the calendar amendment by roll call, 12–0 with two absent.
The calendar change was presented as part of routine budget preparation; no additional budget details were discussed at the May 18 meeting. The commission also approved the meeting consent agenda that included other routine items by a separate unanimous roll-call vote.
