Bing Simonton, who identified himself as executive director of the Harrisonville Chamber of Commerce Foundation, stepped to the podium and told the board he was there to answer questions: "I'm Bing Simonton. I'm the executive director for the Harrisonville Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and we're here to answer any questions that anybody has." No questions were recorded in the transcript.
