Students and athletes honored as board meeting closes school year

Mariposa’s student council staged a trivia‑themed showcase that highlighted inclusion weeks, kindness campaigns, field trips to SoFi Stadium, a music program tied to Pacific Symphony, and a schoolwide Uno card drive that collected 1,750 decks for children with cancer.
Board members and staff consistently praised the student presenters. The meeting closed student business with announcements about upcoming senior awards, eighth‑grade promotions and June graduation ceremonies.
