Cass County authorizes treasurer to process marijuana sales tax refunds without separate resolutions

"This resolution allows us to not have to do a resolution every time we get a request," Chesley said, explaining the change will reduce repetitive board actions for similar refund requests.
The chair then put the matter to a vote; the transcript records the outcome with ambiguous phrasing ('Two votes, four, zero against') and the chair declared Resolution 2645 passed. The county's official minutes should be consulted for the precise roll-call tally.
