Commission asks Parks to remediate concrete at Page Park disc‑golf hole and approves several routine applications and appointments

Commissioners voted to have staff send a letter to Parks and Recreation asking for definitive hole locations relative to the water, remediation of the concrete and an appearance before the commission; staff said Parks would be expected to report back before the next meeting.
In other business the commission received and approved wetlands application 2068 (renewal for a single‑family dwelling on Fox Hollow Lane) after staff confirmed the footprint matched the original approval; it also received and approved application 2070 (rear‑yard grade/elevation and retaining blocks at 40 Janice Lane) with stipulations controlling silt fencing and positive drainage. Commissioners also placed an appointment (Jake Clement) on file and conducted internal nominations that resulted in the election of Dave Brooks as chair.
