At the Feb. 2 meeting the Commission received wetlands application 2065 for a 400‑square‑foot addition to an existing home on Bonney Court and declared the application complete. Ray Rosinski, director of public works, told the Commission the engineering review found the application complete and recommended it be declared "not a significant activity" under the regulations.
Applicant Dave Slate of DCS Construction described the work as a rear addition to create in‑law apartments. Commissioners confirmed the lot is within the upland review area but noted the work will not occur within mapped wetland areas. The Commission voted to receive the application and then approved standard staff stipulations before proceeding to other items on the agenda.
Action taken: application 2065 received and processed with standard stipulations; no contested hearing or extended deliberation was recorded for this item.
