Rockledge CRA accepts FY2025 audit; funds earmarked for city projects

The Rockledge Community Redevelopment Agency received the completed fiscal year 2025 audit at its March 25 meeting and voted to forward the recommendation to City Council.
Auditor Christine Noll-Rhan of Carr, Riggs and Ingram LLC provided an overview of the audit. City Manager Dr. Brenda Fettrow said funds identified in the audit would be spent on projects including landscaping and an electric sign and planter at City Hall, expansion of the Civic Hub and an overflow parking lot off Cogswell Street. Dr. Fettrow added that the Barton Boulevard project would be included pending City Council approval.
Commissioner Adam Copenhaver moved to be in receipt of the FY2025 audit and to forward the recommendation to City Council; Commissioner Frederick “Rick” Sanders seconded and the motion carried 6-0. Director John Cooper and staff were thanked for preparing materials in support of the audit.
