Trustee Gina Hamilton moved to pay the December bills and payroll, a motion that carried on a roll call vote with Trustee Jeff Linton recorded as absent. Later in the agenda Trustee Gina Hamilton moved, and Trustee Victoria Williams seconded, approval of RCL Pay Application No. 6 for $203,113.86; the roll call vote was recorded as unanimous with Linton absent. The council subsequently approved RCL Pay Application No. 7 for $274,073.18 on a similar roll call vote.
Trustee Victoria Williams moved to approve Mill Pond Change Order No. 2, which the council approved by roll call. The minutes do not record any votes opposing the measures.
