• Resolution 2026-23 — Setting the bond amount for the issuance of 2026 Capital Improvement Bonds (motion by Trustee Ben DeJong; supported by Trustee Roy Halfmann). The minutes record adoption by roll-call vote but do not specify the bond amount.
• Resolution 2026-24 — Accepting the proposal from Peerless Midwest for rehabilitation of Well #6 (motion by Trustee Neena Rush; supported by Trustee Ben DeJong). Vote: 7-0.

• Resolution 2026-29 — Approving the quote from Pro-Comm to outfit the 2026 Ford Interceptor (motion by Trustee Bob Green; supported by Trustee Mike Brighton). Vote: 7-0.
Earlier in the meeting the council approved routine bills and the consent agenda, and department reports were received; DPW Director Jesse Trout announced a March 19 preconstruction meeting at 11:00 a.m. with stakeholders and said a second public meeting will be scheduled. President Karen Banks closed the meeting at 8:00 p.m. after a unanimous motion to adjourn.
