- Authorization of an RFP for an after-action flood review not to exceed $25,000 (motion passed 5-0). - Reappointments and an appointment to several Emergency Services District boards (motion passed 5-0; amendment corrected a name to Bruce Cherry). - Approval of a replat for Brushy Mountain Subdivision (5-0) and denial of a variance requested by Sandra Radosavjevic (5-0). - Preliminary plat approval for Mint Creek Subdivision (5-0) and acceptance of a donation deed of approximately 4.4 acres on CR 328 (Cow Creek Road) for right-of-way (5-0). - Approval to move forward with appraisals and a purchase order to Pinnacle Consulting Group not to exceed $177,750 (5-0). - Engagement of Pattillo, Brown & Hill, L.L.P. for the FY25 financial audit in an amount not to exceed $47,000 (5-0). - Authorization to allow Sheriff Office non-exempt shift employees to roll over vacation leave hours in excess of personnel policy allowances (5-0). - Approval of IT/HR line-item transfers (4-1) and other departmental transfers, including elections transfers (5-0). - Purchase of library pods for Bertram Library with LIFI grant funds not to exceed $59,770 (5-0). - Approval of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Highland Haven and Amendment No. 3 with Aramark for jail food service at $2.023 per meal (5-0). - Approval of invoices without purchase orders or contracts under Local Government Code §113.901 and authorization of payment of claims previously approved by the auditor (5-0 each).
Where votes were recorded, the minutes list the mover, seconder and tally. A small number of items drew split votes (notably the IT/HR transfers and the HR software procurement), otherwise the court’s actions were unanimous.
