Staff advised event organizers to monitor designated areas to ensure compliance; planning and police staff reported no major concerns for the listed events.
The board also approved a six‑month fermented‑malt‑beverage license for Menomonee Falls Baseball Group Inc. (agent Terry Fitzsimmons) at Trenary Field and a 2025–2026 class B fermented‑malt‑beverage and class B liquor license for Menomonee Falls Downtown Inc. (agent Christopher Leffler), both subject to department approvals such as fire, building, planning and health.
A trustee moved to approve the consent agenda and the motion was seconded; the board approved the items by unanimous voice vote.
