A tenant who said he lived at the property and represented the owner told the board the occupants were actively cleaning and expected compliance within a week. Multiple neighbors, including Pat and Daryl Woodhouse, told the board they had repeatedly called police, reported drug activity and a past death on the lawn, and that the property remained a neighborhood blight despite intermittent cleanups.
Citing the gravity and recurrence, a board member moved to order correction by March 26 and impose a $250 per day fine for each day beyond that date; the motion carried unanimously. The board emphasized enforcement and abatement options if the condition persists and directed the respondent to contact code enforcement to arrange inspections.
