Councilmember Kathy Vernon moved the resolution; Councilmember Ben Murray seconded and President Jody Hamilton called the vote. The motion carried.
The contract term was described at the meeting as two years. Councilmember Murray asked that the county provide an update on the project in January 2027. The resolution and contract were considered during the same agenda item and were approved as presented.
