DeWitt County Commissioners approved a subscription agreement with GWorks to provide road-and-bridge maintenance software for all four precinct offices.
At the March 23 meeting Commissioner Ryan Varela moved to approve the GWorks subscription for an initial cost of $5,423 for year one and $6,669 for year two (reference 20260119-103953732). The motion carried 4-0. The court had earlier discussed road-and-bridge tracking options during a workshop on March 9 and the consensus favored GWorks; the March 23 motion formalized the subscription and budget authority to proceed.
County staff will coordinate implementation with the vendor and oversee license and training schedules for precinct technicians and administrative staff.
