Jeff Heffelfinger presented construction reports on the Extension Building/Pavilion and the county museum. The court approved up to $17,000 for steel soffit panels at the Pavilion after a motion from Commissioner Nicholas Thomas and a second from Commissioner Tim Alexander; the motion carried without opposition.
Heffelfinger also presented the museum repairs report; the court received the report and no funding action was recorded in the meeting minutes for museum repairs during this agenda item.
Separately, the court approved two invoices from Schafer Services: $1,200 to replace an acoustic amplifier at the Exhibition Center and $200 for contract labor at the sheriff's office. Commissioner Tim Alexander moved to approve the invoices, Commissioner Nicholas Thomas seconded, and the motion carried with Commissioner Dale Schafer recorded as abstaining.
