The minutes record that the grader price was a state bid and therefore was not required to be publicly bid by the county.
Sheriff Evenson told the commission about a patrol car available in Southwest City; the commission approved purchase of the vehicle for $7,000 (the minutes do not specify who moved or seconded that approval).
