Special magistrate hearing postponed after city attorney’s office absence

The chair announced that the city attorney’s office was not present and, citing special magistrate rules that require the city to be represented by counsel at hearings, said the hearings would be continued and rescheduled for another day. "And so we are adjourned," the chair said, and the session was ended without a new date being set.
No motions or votes were taken at the session. The chair did not provide a replacement date for the continued hearings during the meeting; parties expecting to testify were instructed that the hearings will be rescheduled and notified later.
