Principal, PTC and trustees flag declining enrollment and school events; PTC offers playground funds

Jessica Hunt, speaking for the PTC, described fundraising and purchases (concessions, dances, microscopes, teacher appreciation) and said the group has funds earmarked for playground improvements; a community volunteer has offered labor to resurface blacktop if the board will approve a sign on the fence. Board members encouraged PTC to prepare a formal agenda item and plan for board review and approval.
