Lakeville introduces seven new police officers and administers oaths

Mayor Hellyer read the oath of office and the officers repeated it, affirming support for the constitutions of the United States and the State of Minnesota and pledging to faithfully discharge police duties for the City of Lakeville in Dakota County.
Councilmembers thanked the officers and their families; Councilmember Burmel and Councilmember Lee offered words of welcome during the ceremonial portion of the meeting.
