Megan said the developer is finalizing a site plan and that utility access, including a possible gas-line easement, remains under review. She also said the Welcome Home Ohio grant sets a maximum sale price of $180,000 for the homes built under that program.
Commission members asked about the application process; Megan said prospective buyers or interested community members should contact her so she can connect them with the developer and notify the public when a site-plan meeting is scheduled. The commission did not take formal action; members asked staff to share updates as the developer advances financing and final design.
The next procedural step the commission identified was scheduling a community meeting when the site plan is ready so neighbors can review the proposal and utility access arrangements.
