- Ordinance 3305A: Adopted on second reading to expand the cityfs taxi/for-hire code to include vehicle-for-hire operators and to require uninsured-motorist coverage (see separate coverage).
- Resolution 3090: Council approved continuing the Solid Waste Improvements account in perpetuity. Public works staff (Mr. Stewart) said the account funds trucks, polycarts, containers and repairs and brings in roughly $360,000 a year; council approved the resolution by roll call.
- Appointments: Council confirmed several foundation appointments and officer nominations (including Jamie Coburn Spear and James Gulley to six-year terms, and Kimberly Williams as chair) and approved appointments to committees and trusts on the agenda.
- Vehicle purchase: Council authorized purchase of a specialty 2026 Ford F350 utility truck for the facilities-maintenance department under state contract (SW035) at $733,056. Staff said the vehicle is budgeted and will replace an undersized 2013 F150; one councilmember urged more local bidding in future procurements.
- Executive session claims: Council convened an executive session under Oklahoma law to discuss multiple workers' compensation claims; upon return to open session staff recommended approving each claim as discussed and the council voted to approve the items described in executive session.
Most items were adopted by motion, second and roll-call voting.
