Construction updates: Howard Street underground utilities are complete and decorative brick inlay, irrigation and restoration work is underway; asphalt paving is scheduled pending weather. Park Garden Lot work is ongoing with asphalt paving planned, and the marina sustained ice damage to pilings over winter; the council authorized contractor work to reset pilings and staff will coordinate with boat owners. A grant was awarded for marina dredging, with work likely later this fall.
Staff invited questions and noted additional event and arts projects, including a planned “wheel away” artist board project with a future ribbon cutting.
