Pasco commissioners adopt proclamations honoring Public Works Week, Lottie Kelly, Med Fleet and Hispanic Star Tampa hub

The board adopted Resolution 26-229 honoring Lottie Kelly for decades of volunteer work with Keep Pasco Beautiful; Kelly and organizational leaders thanked the county for its support. Kristin King, current president of Keep Pasco Beautiful, called Kelly the organization’s "heartbeat." Kevin Pliska, Solid Waste director, and others offered appreciation.
The board also adopted Resolution 26-230 recognizing National Safe Boating Week and Resolution 26-231 honoring Med Fleet LLC for long service to the county; Jeff Taylor, Med Fleet COO, described company growth and partnerships with hospitals and emergency services.
Each resolution was read into the record and approved by voice vote with brief remarks from honorees and commissioners. No substantive policy changes were associated with these resolutions.
