She said the district's goal is to reduce the number of retained students to zero but acknowledged some students remain at risk and will have further testing opportunities.
Board members praised the results and asked about sustaining progress through upper grades; Moulton said the junior high will add intervention time and the district plans intervention schedules for grades 3–8.
