Students ask Bath County board to allow GoFundMe for new pickleball courts

Student fund-raising ideas included a GoFundMe, sponsorship plaques and community donations; the students asked the board to approve launching the GoFundMe that evening to begin fundraising.
Board members did not take formal action on the students’ fundraising request during the meeting; the presentation closed after a short skit and the students thanked the board for considering the project.
