Moores Creek Booster Station (CIP 3 / Amendment No. 4): The board authorized construction with a GMP of $5,380,000 and a total allocation including in-house costs and contingency of $5,573,600; staff identified the Resilient Florida grant and DEP reimbursement as the primary funding streams and said a line of credit will provide interim cash flow.
Resolution WA 2025-20 (FGU appointments): The board adopted a resolution designating Javier Cisneros as FPUA’s representative and Brian Keith Stevens as alternate to the Florida Gas Utility board of directors.
