Clinton County commissioners renew extension service agreement with Purdue University

Webster said the updated draft replaces the word "people" with "service," adds a clause allowing a refund request if a funded position remains vacant for more than six months, and reflects Purdue's routine annual cost adjustment (Webster said she believed the adjustment is about 3%). "It should have all the corrected verbiage on there now," Webster said.
After a brief board discussion, a commissioner moved to continue the extension service agreement with Purdue University; the motion passed unanimously, 3-0. The chair directed staff to sign and distribute copies of the agreement.
The board did not discuss further changes to the contract at the meeting; commissioners said they would review paperwork provided by Webster and finalize signatures.
