Commissioner Wright moved adoption of Resolution 2026‑04 and the motion was seconded; roll‑call votes recorded support from Commissioner Borges, Commissioner Wright, Commissioner Nafah, Commissioner Greenough and Chair Wilson. The resolution was adopted without dissent.
Staff said adopting the rates now is necessary to preserve the budget basis for the coming fiscal year; the board will incorporate the adjusted rates into the draft budget circulated to the city and county for review.
