Summary

Members at the meeting approved the agenda, accepted the March minutes and approved the treasurer's report before voting to enter a closed session under section 2.237115.
Chair (S2) opened procedural business by noting, "You have a quorum, and so what we need to do is approve the agenda." S1 then moved to approve the agenda "as presented," and the motion was seconded; the group responded by voice with recorded "Aye" votes and the agenda was approved.
Chair (S2) next moved to approve the minutes of the March meeting, noting there was no April meeting and that the March minutes were included in the meeting package. The motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
On the treasury report, Chair (S2) said the meeting should refer to the April statement and reported that net assets have "increased 90 almost $93,000 since the beginning of the year," attributing part of the increase to timing because some county contributions are received at the start of the year and cover the organization through the year. Staff member (S3) invited questions about March, saying they would "be glad to try to finish those."
S2 moved to approve the treasurer's report; S1 seconded and the motion was approved by voice vote.
A motion was then made to enter a closed session under section 2.237115; the motion was seconded and a voice vote followed (the transcript records affirmative "Aye" responses and also one speaker line stating "I'm saying nay"). The meeting proceeded into the closed session and no further public actions are recorded in the transcript.
The meeting record does not specify reasons given on the public record for the closed session or provide a full roll-call tally of votes.
