Trustees clarified the selection process, and staff described the roadway-evaluation criteria used to prioritize work: settling, potholing, alligator cracking and traffic usage, with special consideration for bus and school routes. Staff emphasized that some named streets — including sections of 127th and Archer avenues — are under county or state jurisdiction and require intergovernmental coordination for repairs.
The board approved the resolution on a roll-call vote with one trustee absent. The village said the program is funded through the capital budget.
