City administrator announces $1.2 million state grant to offset West Bend fire-station costs

Jesse also reminded residents about one-day shifts to garbage and recycling collection during Memorial Day week (routes move forward one day). The administrator said the change is posted on the city website and on social media.

Next steps: city staff will incorporate the grant into project accounting and continue permitting and construction scheduling for the fire station.
