On a separate item, staff described an administrative application (EIC 1242) to reclaim beach sand at Post Road. Enforcement and updates: Staff reported ongoing violation work and multiple notices of violation forthcoming; staff also asked commissioners to join site visits and noted new ID badge processing for commissioners.
