Hibbs said the grant request is for $400,000; staff would leverage existing impact fees and budget the remaining match in the 2027 budget for an estimated total project cost of $800,000 (including a 15% contingency). Hibbs told council the grant requires a 50% match; staff reported $202,000 in impact fees are currently available and an additional $198,000 would be needed, subject to council budgeting in 2027. The council moved and approved the resolution by voice vote.
