Little Falls council tables Policy 13 updates after members request clearer attendance-removal language

Several council members pushed for clearer wording. One member said some passages used phrases such as "within reason" that should be tightened to avoid ambiguity. Another said they would send exact suggested language to staff for revision.
Council president moved to remove the item from the regular meeting agenda so staff could make the requested changes; the council agreed to revisit Policy 13 at the next meeting rather than vote on the current draft.
The session did not record a formal motion or vote on Policy 13; the action was to table the draft for redrafting and return it to a future agenda.
