The Lincolnwood Village Board approved warrants totaling $912,294.45 and passed a two-item consent agenda at its meeting Wednesday evening, Mayor Patel said.
Trustee Klatsko moved to approve the warrants “in the amount of $912,294.45,” and Trustee Sargon seconded the motion. Clerk Lehi DeLisi called the roll and all voting members recorded aye, and Mayor Patel declared the warrants approved.
The board also approved the minutes of its Feb. 3 meeting after a motion by Trustee Sargon and a second by Trustee D'Azzurra. Later in the meeting the board approved the two-item consent agenda without discussion.
There were no public comments and the meeting contained routine reports from the mayor and trustees, including announcements about summer programs, park construction and local veterans’ events. With no regular business or request for a closed session, Trustee Sargon moved to adjourn; the board agreed and the meeting ended after roughly 17 minutes.
The actions at the Feb. 18 meeting were procedural and financial approvals required for regular village operations; the record shows a unanimous roll-call outcome on the recorded motions.
