The Chickasaw County Board of Supervisors on May 11 approved a series of routine contracts, purchases and payments during a meeting that ran from 10:00 to 11:54 AM.
Key approvals included awarding courthouse power‑washing to DeLong Pressure Washing LLC for $7,000 (motion by Suckow, seconded by Breitbach); authorizing the sale of the custodian's 2005 blue Chevy truck by sealed bids with a June 12 deadline and unsealing on June 15 (motion by Suckow, seconded by Breitbach); and approving payment of $4,420.62 to Secondary Roads for removal/replacement of a culvert and associated work on the Chickasaw Cemetery Culvert Project (motion by Cerwinske).
The board approved procurement of furniture for the county engineer's office from Premier FE and Office World (HON Products), and approved full payment of $30,194.60 to Axon Enterprise, Inc. for remaining Taser 10 contract payments through December 2030 (motion by Carter, seconded by Breitbach).
Other routine administrative approvals included the chair's authorization on the FY26‑27 library contract and a three‑year contract with Cost Advisory Services, Inc. for cost allocation plans at up to $4,450 per annual plan. All motions recorded in the minutes passed by unanimous roll call.
