Cook County workers' compensation subcommittee approves bundled settlements on 5-0 roll call

The Cook County Workers' Compensation Subcommittee approved a bundled set of settlements recommended by the State's Attorney's Office and approved meeting minutes before adjourning.

The action came after the chair presented a list of settlement docket numbers and asked the panel to approve them "as recommended by the state's attorney's office." Commissioner Trevor moved the bundle and Commissioner Merida seconded.
