The court authorized payment of Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam invoice 137-10290-001-4 for water consulting services through February (professional services itemized in the invoice), Lochridge-Priest pay application No. 15 for the ARPA HVAC renovation project, and Forvis Mazars invoice 2831934 for grant-management services through February 2026.
