Commissioners also discussed hosting MACo Districts 8, 9 and 12 on May 29 in Philipsburg; staff were asked to confirm venue availability (museum preferred) and to pursue affordable catering options (around $20 per person). The meeting included a closed session at 10:00 a.m. for a personnel matter; no public action was recorded from that session.
