County staff: landfill regulatory plan nearing completion, consultant work to finish final chapters

He said he will meet with consultant Michelle Nestor in June to draft the last two chapters and that the plan is expected to be finished by the end of summer or early fall for submission to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to satisfy regulatory requirements.
