- Authorization for New Age Telecom to provide networking services for the new city offices at Woodland Crossing, not to exceed $35,867, with public works to manage the contract and IT to supervise.
- Approval of $55,000 from the downtown allocation area fund to construct a bus blister on Main Street to support Ruthmere Museum bus access.
- Approval of a one-month amendment to the CDBG subrecipient agreement with the Boys & Girls Club, extending their access to program-year '25 funds through 06/30/2026.
- Approval of payment for the Warwick and Boeing invoice for April 2026 in the amount of $12,007.73.
There were no bids opened and no public comment at the meeting. The commission adjourned after the final motions.
