The line items in the Executive Director’s report listed smaller revenue and expense entries including a $500 Greenlife Grant from the Mayor’s Fund and various Green Life program expenses.
Because the meeting did not have a quorum, LaDarius Thomas said the board will approve March minutes by email rather than by an in‑meeting vote. No motions or board votes were recorded during the session.
