Staff noted the House requested striking a sentence about placement of beds and recliners in corridors and similar spaces, and that some material was removed in resubmission to align with statutory developments.
The committee voted to carry both rule packages over; members asked staff for periodic updates and to track any further responses to published fiscal/impact statements.
