City manager: Summit renovation near design completion; permit-fee estimator goes live

The manager said the construction documents have been submitted with permitting to follow and that the next step for the renovation is bidding. On the permit fee estimator, the manager said it currently covers the most complicated permit types and that marketing and education about the tool will roll out in coming weeks.
