Clayton DeCrouse, the builder, told the board he had not been aware a grant of location was required before the work and apologized for proceeding without prior approval. Joanne Callender, representing Eversource, summarized the request as “to install approximately 16 feet of conduit into Aldridge Road” to provide underground service to the new house. The board asked whether the installation was safe and whether standard notifications and checks had occurred; staff said the site is safe and the normal public‑hearing process would be completed.
Select Board members moved and approved the petition by voice vote.
