Wilson County staff to seek budget money for $500,000 Spring Creek watershed study

The committee did not adopt a funding commitment at the meeting. Instead, staff was instructed to refine the proposal and send it to the budget committee, with the planning department to notify the committee when the budget meeting is scheduled. The committee also emphasized the need for a final, itemized expenditure estimate before budget consideration.
