The committee also authorized two intergovernmental agreements to use Hutchinson as a county reviewer/inspector and to have the county legal office assist in negotiating road-use and developer-reimbursement agreements; S3 said the template will be used to bill developers for engineering review and to standardize expectations across townships, including Goose Lake and Felix townships.
