Superintendent Dr. Howard acknowledged receipt of the concern, said staff had taken appropriate action and offered to connect the family with district personnel to follow up.
The board did not take immediate action at the meeting but administrators said they would ensure the parent is connected with staff for further investigation and follow‑up.
