Committee approves $600M KHC bond authorization and several SFCC debt transactions

He also reported a $5,500,000 Kentucky Housing multifamily conduit bond for the Bonta Apartments in Lexington, a conduit transaction that will not be a liability of the Commonwealth or KHC.
The committee also considered three State Fiscal Capital Construction (SFCC) debt transactions (Campbell County $74,240,000; Edmonson County $5,165,000; Perry County $30,000,000). Those SFCC items were rolled into a single vote and approved.
Informational items included University of Kentucky refunding bonds and Turnpike Authority refundings that produced present value savings, which were presented for the record.
Committee members approved the presented debt issues in roll call votes.
